Serene Mansion, for the ultimate privacy with fine dining cuisine

For three-Michelin starred chef Guillaume Galliot (from Caprice at the Four Seasons), our stunning 6000-sqft villa Serene Mansion in Clearwater Bay is the perfect pairing. It features a large garden lawn, surrounded by lush and verdant greenery. This jungle-like garden comfortably immerses your guests in nature. Considered the gastronomic chef of Host dinners, Chef Guillaume Galliot selects the best products from his region in France and elevates them in a modern composition. Chef Guillaume Galliot at Serene Mansion will bring a one-of-a-kind experience with the highest level of fine dining, which your guests, will not forget.

Ocean View, for a speakeasy feel with a creative dining experience

Ocean View is a 2000-sqft private dining kitchen located in Ap Lei Chau. If you look for something more than just a function room rental, this is the perfect private party venue or corporate event venue. It’s warm, wooden-clad interior and music room includes a grand piano, luxury sound equipment and a top-of-the-line catering kitchen. We suggest Chef Nico Gellon for this venue. Born in Argentina and raised in Ireland, Chef Nico Gellon started cooking from childhood. After he left his hometown Dublin, he worked in farms and restaurants in Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, France and Italy. He finds himself constantly creating, experimenting and pushing the boundaries of his art.

Gold Room, for a cool, eccentric dining experience with a Japanese-French fusion touch

For a more modern and non-traditional cuisine, who else would be better than Chef Rania Hatoum herself at Gold Room. Rania Hatoum is an Egyptian-Chinese chef who was greatly influenced by her time spent in Hong Kong, Japan and New-York. She serves French fusion highlighting fresh ingredients from Japan and France. It is the perfect match for a fine dining cuisine. Designed for the natural born entertainers, Gold Room has been created for hosting private dinners. With its open kitchen and large dining table, this space will be the perfect backdrop for Host.

The Wan, for a one-of-a-kind experience with zesty modern French cuisine

The Wan is undoubtedly one of our most unique party venues in Hong Kong. Formerly a Hong Kong Star Ferry, this beautifully renovated boathouse features a large double-height lounge area which makes it ideal for celebrations or corporate events. There is also a rooftop with a cabana. What’s more unique than finishing a private dinner with some dance moves surrounded by nature? Moored in Tai Tam reservoir, The Wan will bring that ‘alone in the world’ vibes. Chef Franckelie Laloum is the executive chef of one-Michelin star contemporary French restaurant Louise. His favourite ingredients to use are all kinds of citrus because they offer endless possibilities.
