The Landmark is a 2,828 sqft exclusive event space that can be combined for a seated conference of up to 200 guests, and host cocktails for up to 300 guests. The main conference room can also be sectioned off for smaller to medium-sized panel sessions and seminars. - The security deposit amount is approximately 2x the total of rental price
- The security deposit is returned within 14 days after the final event date if there is no damage or loss to the premises and if all property rules have been followed.
