The Landmark is a 2,828 sqft exclusive event space that can be combined for a seated conference of up to 200 guests, and host cocktails for up to 300 guests. The main conference room can also be sectioned off for smaller to medium-sized panel sessions and seminars. Acting as a natural extension of your working environment, the venue caters to all kinds of corporate settings including breakout areas, a lounge, a private bar, and a stunning terrace all seamlessly blending work with entertainment.

Payment terms:

100% of the final renting price upon signing of the contract
The security deposit amount is approximately 2x the total of rental price
The security deposit is returned within 14 days after the final event date if there is no damage or loss to the premises and if all property rules have been followed.
