Social Room is a 1,800 sqft versatile event space in the heart of Sheung Wan. The venue is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. The venue features a functional bar, a reception and locker storage, and a DJ stand with Pioneer mixers and 2 turntables. Social Room can host up to 60 guests seated, and up to 150 guests standing. This space is an inviting location for private celebrations, pre-wedding and after-parties.

Payment terms:

100% of the final renting price upon signing of the contract
The security deposit amount is approximately 2x the total of rental price
The security deposit is returned within 14 days after the final event date if there is no damage or loss to the premises and if all property rules have been followed.
