The venue features a bar and catering kitchen and can host up to 130 guests indoors, and a spacious terrace that can host up to 80 guests. This space is an inviting location for large-scale networking parties of up to 250 persons, exclusive cocktail reception, luncheon, annual parties, and pop-up events.

Payment terms:

100% of the final renting price upon signing of the contract
The security deposit amount is approximately 2x the total of rental price
The security deposit is returned within 14 days after the final event date if there is no damage or loss to the premises and if all property rules have been followed.
